Nova Agritech has informed that the Trading Window Closure for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated Persons and Specified Connected Persons (including their immediate relatives) of the Company, shall remain closed with effect from 1st October, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2024, in terms of the ‘Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’ of the Company. Date of the Board Meeting for considering the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2024, will be informed separately in due course.
