Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation of earlier communication vide letter No. 3102/24 dated 26 September 2024; Kirloskar Ferrous Industries has informed that the Members of the Company at their annual general meeting held on 24 September 2024 have appointed P G BHAGWAT LLP, Chartered Accountants’ (Firm Registration Number 101118W / W100682) as the statutory auditor to hold office for a term from conclusion of 33rd annual general meeting till conclusion of 38th annual general meeting of the Members of the Company and that ‘P G BHAGWAT LLP, Chartered Accountants’ shall conduct the audit of books of account of the Company for the financial years ending 31 March 2025 and 31 March 2026 jointly with ‘Kirtane & Pandit LLP, Chartered Accountants’, present statutory auditor. Pursuant to the SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated 11 July 2023, details regarding the appointment of the statutory auditor have been enclosed in Annexure A.
