Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and Company's code of internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by designated persons, TCFC Finance has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Person (as defined in the Code) from October 1, 2024 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Half year ended 30th September,2024. Accordingly, all the insiders/designated persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the trading window.
