BASF India has informed that in terms of Regulation 29(1) (a) & (e) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 12th November, 2024 at 12.00 pm at 10th floor, Godrej One, Vikhroli, Mumbai and also through audio-visual means, to consider & approve, inter-alia, the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending 30th September, 2024. Please note that as required under Regulations 33(3)(a) & (b) and 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the said Unaudited Financial Results, if approved by the Board, will be sent after the conclusion of the Board Meeting.
