Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI LODR Regulations, Saksoft has informed that the Company has executed a Share Purchase Agreement (‘Agreement’) to acquire 100% equity interest in Ceptes Software (‘Ceptes’) subject to the terms and conditions set out in the Agreement. Ceptes will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company on closure of the transaction. The required information under Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, read with the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is appended and marked as Annexure A.
