Finolex Cables has informed that pursuant to the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company (the Board) at its Meeting held on 28th September, 2024 has appointed- (i) Shefali Shyam (DIN- 03294051) as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent director of the Company with effect from 29th September, 2024 on the Board. (ii) Satyanarayan Goverdhanlal Bagla (DIN- 00654582) as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent director of the Company with effect from 29th September, 2024 on the Board. The said appointments will be subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company. Details as required under the aforesaid SEBI Circular are being furnished in an Annexure, attached hereto. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 10.30 am concluded at 10:45 am.
