Shilpa Medicare has informed that pursuant to ‘Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives’, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives as covered under the said Code with effect from 01 October, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30 September, 2024. Accordingly, all Designated Persons of the Company are being advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the Trading Window. The date of the Board Meeting to be held for the consideration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30 September 2024 shall be communicated in due course of time.
