Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders (‘Code’), Kuberan Global Edu Solutions has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives (including all insiders), from October 01, 2024 till 48 hours after the date of Board Meeting wherein, the approval of un Audited Financial Results for the Half Year ended September 30, 2024, would be considered by the Board. The trading window in respect of dealing in the shares of the Company shall reopen after mandatory period of window closure is over. The date of Board Meeting for considering the Un audited financial results for the Half Year ending 30th September, 2024 will be intimated in due course.
