Fusion Finance has informed that, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and other applicable provisions, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the company shall be closed from October 01, 2024 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2024. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated to Exchange separately in due course.
