Transpek Industry has informed that in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (the code) read with the applicable provisions of SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company by designated persons as defined in the code shall remain closed with the effect from 1st October, 2024 till 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2024.
