Akums Drugs and Pharmaceuticals has informed that in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by designated persons in securities of the Company', the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all the designated persons (including their immediate relatives) from 1st October, 2024 and shall remain closed till 48hrs after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2024. Further, the date of meetings of the Board of Directors of the Company to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the aforesaid periods shall be intimated in due course.
