Pursuant to Regulation 34(1)(b) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and further to its earlier submission of Annual Report of the Company for the FY 2023-24 dated 07th September, 2024, Bio Green Papers has submitted the Revised Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2023-24. The company has informed that certain inadvertent typographical error was noticed in the Annual Report for the 30th AGM, which are ratified in this Annual Report. The company has declared that, there were no mala-fide intension and the errors were purely typographical in nature. In view of the above, the company has enclosed the revised Annual Report of the Company for the FY 2023-24 along with the Notice of the 30th AGM.
