Gopal Snacks has informed that the 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company was held on September 28, 2024 at 11:00 A (IST) at registered office of the Company situated at Plot No. G2322-23-24, GIDC, Metoda, Tal - Lodhika, Dist - Rajkot -360021 Gujarat, India. The businesses mentioned in the AGM Notice dated August 30, 2024, were transacted. Further in compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 (Act) and Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) it enclosed the following disclosures: Voting Results of the businesses transacted at the AGM as required under Regulation 44 of the Listing Regulations. Except Agenda Item No. 06, all resolutions as set out in the notice of 15th AGM are passed with requisite majority is annexed as Annexure -A; Consolidated Scrutinizer’s Report dated September 29, 2024 pursuant to Section 108 of the Act read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 is annexed as Annexure -B.
