Maharashtra Scooters has informed that in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for the designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives / dependents from today, i.e., Tuesday, 1 October 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30 September 2024. The date of the Board Meeting for considering unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2024 will be advised in due course.
