Sil Investments has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company was of the view that the Company has apparently complied with Regulation 17(1A) of the Listing Regulations, as evidenced by the facts presented to the Board and orders of the Securities Appellate Tribunal, in similar cases. The Board thereafter directed the Company Secretary to take up the matter with the Stock Exchanges and proceed with submitting the Waiver Application to the Stock Exchanges.
