With reference to SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 regarding submitting of Initial Disclosure/Confirmation within prescribed due date with the subject matter of fund raising by issuance of debt securities by large entities, a listed entity who is fulfilling the criteria specified in such circular, shall consider ‘Large Corporate’ (LC) and shall make disclosure on Stock Exchanges (SE). In this regard, Modern Shares And Stockbrokers has submitted that the Company is not falling in criteria prescribed under Clause 2.2 of aforesaid circular. Thus, the company is not a ‘Large Corporate’ (LC) and the company has no debt securities and the said framework and disclosure are not applicable to the Company.
