Prime Industries has informed that the Members of the Company at 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 30th September, 2024, pursuant to the recommendation of the Audit Committee has approved the appointment of Bhushan Aggarwal & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 005362N) as the Statutory Auditor of the Company from the conclusion of 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Company till the conclusion of 37th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the period of 5 years. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-POD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 are annexed to this letter.
