Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Dabur India has informed that due to change in internal reporting structure of the Company, Dinesh Chandra Pandey, Head of R&D (Food business) and Dr. Prasun Bandyopadhyay, Head of R&D (HPC business) have ceased to be a part of the Senior Management of the Company with effect from October 4, 2024. Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-POD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, requisite disclosure is given in Annexure-A.
