RSD Finance has informed that Harsh Kumar Pandey, Director (DIN: 08877286), vide letter dated September 28, 2024, has tendered his resignation as an Independent Director of the Company, with effect from September 28, 2024 due to his personal reasons. The disclosures required in terms of Regulation 30 read with clause 7B of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 enclosed herewith as Annexure-A. Further, the Company has received confirmation from Harsh Kumar Pandey that there are no material reasons for his resignation other than those specified in the resignation letter dt. 28.09.2024 and the same is enclosed herewith as Annexure -B.
