In continuation to the intimation filed by the Company on 4th October, 2024, pursuant to Regulation 30 the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’) read with Schedule III to the said Regulations, stating that Dr. Brahma Nand Vyas has tendered his resignation as an ‘Independent Director’ of the Company with effect from closure of business hours on 4th October, 2024, due to his advancing age, Astec LifeSciences has confirmed that Dr. Brahma Nand Vyas is not holding any directorship in any other listed entity. Disclosure required pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the Listing Regulations, with regard to change in Directors and Key Managerial Personnel is enclosed. Dr. Brahma Nand Vyas has confirmed that there are no material reasons for his resignation other than the reason mentioned in his resignation letter. The letter of resignation received from Dr. Brahma Nand Vyas is enclosed as Annexure A.
