Exicom Tele-Systems has completed the remittance of third tranche investment on October 10, 2024. This involves subscribing to an additional Euro 7,59,219 ordinary shares each with a nominal value of Euro 1, of Exicom Power Solutions B.V., a wholly owned subsidiary, for cash consideration aggregating to EURO 7,59,219 (equivalent to Rs 7 crore). The object of acquisition aims to meet the fund requirements of Exicom Power Solutions B.V in view of capitalizing the growing business opportunities and global expansion plans.
