Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations, DSJ keep Learning has informed that Shrikant Chilveri has resigned from the post of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company, due to personal reasons and the same will be effective from closure of business hours on 11th October 2024. The Company appreciates the valuable services rendered by him during the tenure. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13 July, 2023 is given in Annexure-A. The resignation letter received from Shrikant Chilveri is also enclosed.
