SRG Housing Finance has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company has approved allotment of equity shares of the Company of face value of Re. 10/- each to the employees of the Company as under: • 15,500 equity shares pursuant to their exercising the stock options granted to them under the Employees Stock Option Scheme – 2023 (ESOS – 2023). The details of the shares allotted pursuant to Regulation 10(c) of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021 under ESOS – 2023 is given in Annexure A. Consequent to this allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 14,27,626,30/- (consisting of 1,42,76,263 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each) to Rs. Rs. 14,29,17,630/- (consisting of 1,42,917,63 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each).
