Further, in continuation to letter dated 30th September, 2024 and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, in accordance with Code of conduct of the Company, trading window of the Company has been closed since 1st October, 2024 and shall remain closed till the end of 48 hours after the announcement/ declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2024.
