Astal Laboratories has acquired a Pharmaceutical Intermediates Manufacturing Plant located at KIADB Industrial Growth Center, Raichur, Karnataka of Shree Venus Health Sciences.

The acquisition of the manufacturing facility would lead to increase the capacity of manufacturing of pharmaceutical intermediate (API). Dependency on Supply chain would be reduced due to increased manufacturing capacity of pharmaceutical intermediates. The Addition will Build Capital Asset & Profit Margin also will Increase. Addition will provide the existing customers assured domestic source of supplies. Cost of acquisition is Rs 9.60 crore.
