Physical Rubber extended weakness on Wednesday amidst tepid demand from domestic industrial consumers at prevailing higher rates, but a shortage in the domestic availability of natural rubber has limited further declines in rubber prices.

Spot prices for RSS-4 variety fell at Rs 198/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 200/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety declined at Rs 194/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 196/ kg.
