In continuation to its letter dated 26th September, 2024, in terms of the ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons’ of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed till Thursday, 31st October, 2024.
