Pursuant to Regulation 30 (read with Part A of Schedule III) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, Aksh Optifibre has informed that AOL FRP, a Division of AOL FZE (Wholly owned subsidiary of Aksh Optifibre) has executed an agreement for Assignment of Usufruct for buildings & structures situated in JAFZA, Dubai, UAE for a consideration of AED 5.20 Million (Appx. Rs 1,188 Lacs). The sale proceeds are being utilised to settle outstanding bank debts. Details as required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as Annexure A.
