According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net sellers of Rs 1134.68 crore in index futures and options segments as per Monday’s data, July 08, 2013.
FIIs were sellers of index futures to the tune of Rs 446.49 crore and they sold index options worth Rs 865.36 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net buyers of stock futures worth Rs 299.07 crore, however they sold stock options worth Rs 121.90 crore.
