Spectrum Foods zooms on signing non-binding LoI with Intercontinental Hotels Group

Spectrum Foods is currently trading at Rs. 28.60, up by 0.96 points or 3.47% from its previous closing of Rs. 27.64 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 29.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 30.05 and Rs. 28.00 respectively. So far 529922 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 42.45 on 08-Apr-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 19.31 on 19-Aug-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 30.05 and Rs. 22.67 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 71.34 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 46.96%, while Non-Institutions held 53.04% stake in the company.

Spectrum Foods has signed a non-binding Letter of Intent (LoI) with Intercontinental Hotels Group, IHG, a leading British Hospitality MNC, for the management and branding of Company’s upcoming 5-star Pushkar hotel under the upscale ‘voco’ brand. 

The proposed property will be launched by June 2025. Resort Size is 185 Rooms (138 Keys Phase I + 47 Keys Phase II). 

Spectrum Foods provides import and export services. The company was formerly known as Spectrum Leasing and Finance and is based in Jaipur, India.
