Physical Rubber decline sharply on Tuesday

Physical Rubber declined sharply on Tuesday amidst tepid demand as tyre firms stay away from the market, while concerns over Chinese economic recovery and its impact on global demand have also weighed on domestic prices. However, some falls were limited by shortage in the domestic availability of natural rubber.

Spot prices for RSS-4 variety fell at Rs 184/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 187/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety declined at Rs 180/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 183/ kg.
