Shipping Corporation Of India has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of SCI is scheduled to be held on Friday, 08.11.2024, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30.09.2024. It is also informed that as per ‘SCI Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading’ the trading window has already been closed from 01.10.2024 and shall remain closed up to forty eight (48) hours after declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended on 30.09.2024.
