Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, EFC (I) has informed that the Board of Directors of the company has received a letter dated October 24, 2024, from Abhishek Narbaria (DIN: 01873087), one of the Executive Promoter Directors of the company, stepping-down as the Whole-time Director, effective from October 24, 2024. However, he will continue to act as a Non-executive Non-Independent Director of the company, liable to retire by rotation. The change in designation from Whole-time Director to Non-executive director will be ratified by the shareholders of the company in due course. The requisite details are annexed as Annexure-1.
