Purple Finance has informed that under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations that the Board of Directors at their Meeting held on 25th October, 2024 have approved the application for voluntary delisting of the Company’s shares from The Calcutta Stock Exchange. All the process and procedures for the completion of the delisting shall be done by the Company in due course of time.
