Triveni Engineering & Industries has informed that a meeting of the Company's Board of Directors will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the 2nd quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2024. Further, as informed earlier vide letter dated September 26, 2024, pursuant to the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives, as per Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is already closed for the designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives, with effect from October 1, 2024. The window shall continue to remain closed up to 48 hours after submission of outcome of the Board Meeting to the Stock Exchanges and shall re-open on November 8, 2024.
