In response to the communication received from Stock Exchanges and its earlier intimation dated June 13, 2024, Automotive Stampings and Assemblies has resubmitted the intimation related to the Resignation of Rajendra Bhagwat, Head-Development, designated as Senior Management Personnel. It has further informed that there is no other material reason for the resignation other than the reason mentioned above. The Company had accepted his resignation and relieved him from his roles and responsibilities with effect from June 8, 2024. The details required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are annexed as Annexure I and copy of Resignation along with acceptance of same are annexed as an Annexure II.
