Lyka Labs has informed that in furtherance to Outcome of the Board Meeting dated 11th October, 2024, wherein the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on 11th October, 2024 has, approved the filing of fresh application of Scheme of Amalgamation between Lyka Exports (the Transferor Company) and Lyka Labs (the Transferee Company) and their respective Shareholders with the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal Division Bench, Court - I, Ahmedabad (the NCLT) terms of the Order dated 24th September, 2024 passed by the NCLT. Pursuant to the aforesaid approval for the filing of fresh application, a Joint application by Lyka Exports and Lyka Labs for the Scheme of Amalgamation has been filed on 25th October 2024 with the NCLT.
