Further to disclosure dated 7th October, 2024 intimating about the execution of Transaction Documents for acquisition of 26% stake in the equity share capital of FP Ampere Energy (FPAEPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Fourth Partner Energy, Avenue Supermarts has informed that the Company has completed the acquisition of 26% shareholding of FPAEPL for a total consideration of Rs 1,99,99,990. Consequently, FPAEPL has become an Associate Company of Avenue Supermarts (the company).
