Bhavsar, Company Secretary (Key Managerial Personnel), of Sayaji Industries has tendered his resignation to pursue career opportunities outside the company, and the same has been accepted by the company. The effective date of his resignation shall be 26 October, 2024 (close of business hours). The company would like to place on record its sincere appreciation for the diligent and dedicated services provided by Maulik S. Bhavsar throughout his tenure as the Company Secretary of the company and wishes him all the best for his future endeavors. The details as required in terms of disclosure under Regulation 30 read with Points 7 and 7C of Paragraph A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are enclosed herewith as Annexure I and Annexure II.
