Vms Industries has informed that Jatinbhai Harishbhai Kapadia, Proprietor of K Jatin & Co, have expressed their inability to continue as Secretarial auditor of the Company for the financial year 2024-25 due to preoccupancy in other assignments. Further informed that, in order to fill in the vacancy caused as mentioned above in the office of Secretarial auditor of the Company, Umesh Ved & Associates, Company Secretaries are appointed as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2024- 2025 by the board of directors in its meeting held on 28th October, 2024. Disclosure of information pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 pertaining to Appointment and vacation of Secretarial Auditor is annexed as Annexure-A.
