Tata Technologies, Emcure Pharmaceuticals and Muthoot Microfin to see some action today

Tata Technologies has collaborated with Air India, a leading global airline, to transform its aircraft interiors for delivering an enhanced travel experience. This collaboration aligns with Air India's achievement of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation’s (DGCA) Design Organization Approval (DOA) under CAR 21 (Part 21), which allows the airline to make aircraft modifications in-house. The collaboration is a significant milestone in Air India's journey toward operational excellence and self-reliance. Air India has chosen Tata Technologies as its strategic partner to revolutionize its aircraft interiors. 

Emcure Pharmaceuticals is set to cater to a growing dermatology segment in India with formation of a wholly owned subsidiary, Emcutix Biopharmaceuticals. As a part of this strategic initiative, Emcure's existing dermatology business will also operate under Emcutix. With a renewed focus and a dedicated team, the newly setup entity plans to significantly expand Emcure’s offerings. The focus will be on building a differentiated product portfolio including first-time launches designed to fulfil the unmet needs of the Indian dermatology market.

Muthoot Microfin has raised $3 million through the allotment of 300 senior, unsecured, united states dollar denominated bonds/debentures (Bonds/Debentures) having face value of $10,000 per Bond. The Debenture Issue and Allotment Committee of the company in its meeting held on October 28, 2024 has allotted the same. 

KFin Technologies has received approval for further primary equity capital infusion (in one or more tranches) in KFin Services (KSPL), not exceeding Rs 20 crore. There will be no change in shareholding of the company in KSPL. KSPL will continue to remain a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held on October 28, 2024, inter alia approved the same. 

DCX Systems’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Raneal Advanced Systems has received export orders from Lockheed Martin Global Inc, USA for Supply of Electronic Assemblies. Broad consideration or size of the order is $ 45,199,440.00 (Equivalent to about Rs 379.67 crore at exchange rate of $1= Rs 84). The said orders are expected to be executed within 12 months. 

Supreme Industries has received approval to manufacture and market 265 ltrs. Type-IV Composite CNG Cylinders from Petroleum and Explosive Safety Organization (PESO). The company has set up a pilot plant to manufacture Type IV Composite CNG cylinders for supply of CNG through cascades with an annual installed capacity of 3600 cylinders with a revenue potential of about 60 crore per annum. The capacity will be further enhanced to address huge market for composite CNG cylinders.  

Bharti Airtel has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2024 (Q2FY25). The company has reported over 8-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 2517.60 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 293.00 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 15.65% at Rs 27392.50crore for Q2FY25 as compared to Rs 23685.00 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. On consolidated basis, the company has reported 98.42% rise in net profit at Rs 4153.40 crore for Q2FY25 as compared to Rs 2093.20 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by11.65% at Rs 41728.00 crore for Q2FY25 as compared to Rs 37374.20 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
