Further to its communication dated October 24, 2024 to hold Board meeting on October 29, 2024, HOV Services has informed that due to unforeseen circumstances the company postpone the Board Meeting to be held on October 31, 2024. The trading window end date of November 16, 2024 was been mentioned for the purpose of validating this XBRL. The Trading Window shall remain closed for dealing in securities of the Company for all Designated Persons till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the Q2 & half year ending 30 September 2024. The Board Meeting date for Q2 results shall be intimated separately.
