Siemens has informed about the directions given by the Hon’ble NCLT for convening and holding meetings of the equity shareholders and unsecured creditors of the Siemens (Company) to consider and, if thought fit, approve the Scheme. In this regard, it enclosed the copies of the notices convening the meetings of the equity shareholders and unsecured creditors of the Company together with the copy of the Scheme and copy of the explanatory statement under Sections 230 and 232 read with Section 102 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 6 of the Companies (Compromises, Arrangements and Amalgamations) Rules, 2016 and relevant annexures thereto.
