Further to its disclosure dated July 02, 2024, whereby the Company informed the stakeholders, that on July 01, 2024, the Committee of Creditors of Dolphin Shipping has approved the Resolution Plan submitted by Deep Onshore, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company for acquisition of Dolphin Shipping subject to obtaining necessary approval from the Adjudicating Authority i.e. NCLT. In this connection, Deep Industries has informed that pursuant to Section 31(1) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, the Hon’ble NCLT, Mumbai Bench has approved the Resolution Plan submitted by Deep Onshore, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company for acquisition of Dolphin Shipping under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (‘CIRP’) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 (‘Code’). The said Order of the Hon’ble NCLT was uploaded on its official website and made available on October 30, 2024.
