Siemens has informed that the Hon’ble Labour Court, Anand, Gujarat has passed an order dated 18th October 2024 under the Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and conditions of Service) Act, 1996 and the Rules made thereunder, levying a penalty of INR 5,000 (Rupees Five Thousand) on the Company, which has since been paid. The details required under Regulation 30(13) and sub-para 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023 are given in Annexure A.
