12 Nov 2011 Evaluate

Infinite Computer Solutions (India) has successfully completed / implemented a build, operation and transfer (BOT) contract with Fujitsu Services (Fujitsu) for development of an off-shore centre in India. The contract with Fujitsu was signed in July 2008 and was for an initial period of three years with an option to Fujitsu to exercise the right to require the company to transfer the business assets of the company by giving a six month prior notice before exercising the transfer option.

Fujitsu has exercised the above transfer option and the company will soon be signing the business transfer agreement with Fujitsu to effect the above transfer.

Earlier in May, the company had entered into an agreement with New Vibrations SA, a Europe based Network Company, for a joint go-to-market for the company’s Managed Services. The purpose of the alliance was to complement both companies service portfolio thus, strengthening a unique offering to customers and at the same time increasing company’s global footprints.
