Further, with reference to its letter dated 19.09.2024, regarding ‘Ajcon Global Services— Closure of Trading Window’ pursuant to ‘AJCON Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives', Trading Window for insiders covered under the Code would continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the publication of Financial Results for the Quarter (Q2/FY25) and Half Year ended 30.09.2024 or until further notice.
