Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) and Regulation 51(2) read with Part ‘A’ and Part ‘B’ of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals has informed that, the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MoP&NG), Government of India, vide letter no. CA-31033/2/2021-PNG (39069) dated 08/11/2021 had conveyed the appointment of following persons as Non-Official Independent Directors on the Board of the company for a period of three years with effect from the date of the notification of their appointment, or until further orders: 1. Shri. Rajkumar Sharma 2. Shri. Manohar Singh Verma 3. Shri. Pankaj Gupta. In accordance with their appointment, the aforementioned Directors, who served as Independent Directors on the Board of the Company until 07/11/2024, have completed their tenure, with effect from 08/11/2024. The details as required under Regulation 30 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/ P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13/07/2023 is enclosed as Annexure-1.
