Transcorp International has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, on the recommendations of Audit Committee, in their meeting dated 07th November 2024 has declared an Interim dividend @ Rs 0.30 (Thirty Paisa) per equity share having a face value of Rs 2 each (15%), the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of the said dividend, as declared by the Board shall be Friday, 15th November 2024.
