NBC/S/4.5 & 4.5(A)/2024/1922 dated 26.10.2024 and pursuant to Regulation 29 and Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, National Aluminum Co has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, the 13th November, 2024 to consider Interim Dividend, if any for the financial year 2024-25 and the Unaudited (Standalone & Consolidated) Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30.09.2024. Further, Trading Window is under closure from 1st October, 2024 and shall remain closed till 15th November, 2024.
